It's Unconstitutional to Protect the Life of An Unborn Child --

Even When It's Ready to be Born!

Just a few days after posting the below comments, a ruling took place in the state of Texas -- the Texas Supreme Court has ruled that a "fetus" is not a "person" or an "individual" under state laws

How convenient to always use the impersonal term, "fetus," when referring to the unborn child -- much easier to dispatch them prior to birth! HOWEVER, those Texas judges are in for the surprise of their lives -- they won't be dead more than 2 seconds or so as they face the reality of the fact that Almighty God bestows personhood on each of us prior to our conception in our mother's wombs and before the creation of the world for that matter in that He knows us and has a clearly defined purpose for our lives on earth after we are born! This will be mentioned later in further discussion.

Hey! That's not my personal opinion on the unborn being considered "persons" -- it's simply what God has clearly revealed -- if you object, then there is a simple procedure to follow -- just take the issue up with Him in prolonged conversation!

OK, now proceed with the comments below -- maybe it really is Mad Cow Disease which has infected quite a number who are members of the judiciary of the land!

It's got to be Mad Cow Disease or something akin to it running amok in the judicial system! A New York judge was the latest in a line of judges to demonstrate a total lack of common sense, intellectual honesty, and high moral principles.

Ever since Congress managed to pass a bill banning partial birth abortions and President Bush signed it into law, one judge after another around the country has ruled the measure to be "unconstitutional!"

First, they are lacking in common sense. Common sense is increasingly a rare quality trait in the United States these days. Common sense tells at least a few U.S. citizens that to intentionally destroy unborn children, whether early or late term, at the rate of about 100,000 per month in a nation which claims to be "one nation under God" is a practice that will ultimately lead to disaster. Common sense tells all who will listen that the law of sowing and reaping not only applies to individuals but also to nations and their practices and policies!

Second, these renegade judges are lacking intellectual honesty. The historical documents of our republic express at one point the conviction (and reality) that all persons should have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Unfortunately our founding fathers were unable to foresee the day when word games of redefinition would dominate the culture and persons yet unborn would no longer be regarded nor defined as persons! Very impersonal terms would be applied in an effort to hide the horrible reality of the mutilation and murders of future citizens of the republic.

Abortion? Why didn't you know that all we are doing is disposing of a mass of tissue and blood -- nothing more than that as we callously pitch into the garbage can the mangled remains of one whom God knew and identified before He created this world!

It's easy to go along with that notion IF you are a person who is intellectually dishonest -- and it appears our nation is plagued with quite a number, including those who circulate in the realm of the judiciary. Pathetic is it not, that these fail to realize that they will at some point in the future stand before God to be judged and in that setting there will be no plea bargains, no manipulating of the system as is the case so often now, no endless round of appeals, no crooked lawyer finding loopholes to get his client "off the hook" -- every mouth will be silent as God hands down the sentence! By the way, what do you suppose the sentence will be for an unrepentant person who has in one way or another been a part of and/or sanctioned the mass mutilations and murders of innocent victims in the name of "constitutional rights?"

Third, on the high moral principle issue -- if a person, judge or otherwise, is going to be a person of high moral principle then that person will do everything necessary to insure that his/her standard of morality is in full compliance with the Author of all moral standards, Almighty God, the Creator of this mighty universe!

It is a fact that God identifies each of us long before we were ever conceived in our mother's wombs, has a purpose for us while we live on this planet, and will ultimately render a specific judgment relative to how our lives were lived while on earth. (Jeremiah 1:4,5; Ephesians 1:3-6; John 5:22,23; 2 Corinthians 5:10).

In a sense, this revelation from God will form a kind of cornerstone in the foundation of one's moral principles. Rulings in the judicial system too often betray the fact that judges choose to defy God and slap Him in the face with their myopic view of human life.

Further, insane rulings which place the judicial "seal of approval" on wholesale mutilation and murders of unborn children will do more to invoke the destructive and terrifying judgment of Almighty God on this nation than any other moral offense of which we are guilty -- and we have chalked up quite a list of offenses over time!

Is there still time for the republic of which we are a part to turn aside from the precipice over which it is about to fall? What do you think? Are you willing to enter into extended conversation with God about this matter?

For good follow up on this, read slowly and prayerfully through the book of the prophet Jeremiah -- and after you have finished it, go through it again, and again, and ……..!

A Significant Selah Moment!

O LORD, how long shall I cry, and You will not hear? even cry out to You, "Violence!" And You will not save. Why do You show me iniquity, and cause me to see trouble? For plundering and violence are before me; there is strife, and contention arises. Therefore the law is powerless, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; therefore perverse judgment proceeds.
Habakkuk 1:2-2 (NKJV)

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness....

It is time for You to act, O LORD, for they have regarded Your law as void. Therefore I love Your commandments more than gold, yes, than fine gold! Therefore all Your precepts concerning all things I consider to be right; I hate every false way.

Romans 1:18; Psalm 119:126-128 NKJV
