About those TAXES! "The total U.S. governement haul in taxes -- income, corporate, capital gains, gasoline, excise taxes, telecommunications, payroll, and so on -- amounts to about 20% of the nation's gross domestic product (GDP), more than any time since 1944," notes the Washington Post.At the beginning of the 20th century, federal taxes were equal to 3% of GDP and the entire tax code was only a few hundred pages. Now at 20% of GDP and 46,000 pages (481 separate tax forms), Americans will spend 6.1 billion hours complying with the code. Due to the code's complexity, more than half of filers will pay for "professional preparation" of their taxes (up from only 20% in 1960) at a cost of more than $200 billion -- almost 10% of what the IRS actually collects.

According to the resident president at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in DC the “state of our union is the strongest it has ever been.”
Recent news reports gush with information about our ongoing economic expansion, a booming stock market, and the lowest unemployment rate for our region and the nation in years. Happy days are here again, right?
Wrong! Before we pop the champagne corks and start celebrating, consider sobering facts which attest to the fractured state of a union caught in a deadly tailspin with little being done to avert an impending disaster.
We have been saddled for years with a president who has perjured himself, repeatedly displayed a brazen disregard for the moral standards set forth by a holy God, plunged this nation deeper into debt than at any time in its history, weakened our military capabilities, and sold us out to the People’s Republic of China!
Those who are willing to accept the documented evidence know that Clinton is a pathological liar. Sadly there are a considerable number of citizens who are still in a state of denial about this.
The same holds true concerning his practiced immorality. The evidence and testimony after testimony indicate that here is one president whom any parent with even a minute sense of decency would not want son or daughter to imitate when it comes to moral standards.
When Clinton took office the national debt was 4.17 trillion dollars. As of February 4th the debt stood at over 5.69 trillion dollars! The human mind cannot begin to comprehend what a trillion dollars really is. Forget the stupidity of erasing deficits and budget surpluses with all attending plans. It is the debt that will capsize the republic in due time and nothing constructive is even in the planning stages to deal with that!
The military has been steadily weakened over the Clinton “reign” and according to military experts who are in a position to know, our military is really unprepared to deal with a global crisis of major proportions. Primary responsibility for this deplorable condition must fall upon one who holds title of “Commander in Chief!”
China-gate is a monstrosity too huge to detail in this limited space. Much more than stealing vital missile technology, or simply handing it over to them, or illegal campaign contributions is involved here. Just look at every non-food product you buy and see where it was made and you begin to get a troubling picture. We are paying the Chinese to construct the rope with which they eventually hope to hang us!
It has been observed that God sometimes allows what seems to be a wave of unprecedented prosperity to set in among the citizens of a culture wherein political and religious leadership have forged their own defiant brands of ethics and morality. Then come the warnings from out of the wilderness to repent. But these are usually rejected due mainly to the fact that we “love our sin.” Then comes something quite unpleasant – it’s called judgment! Anyone want to save the champagne until then for a celebration of a different kind?

And Clinton continues to give his "blessing" to this ongoing slaughter, including his veto of an effort to ban partial birth abortions! It was there that I commented on your government situation -- and what a chaotic condition you have! Also I see that Circuit Rider is providing information that clearly provides evidence of this. Anyway, your leaders in government, for example -- you indeed have a problem that some would describe as a terminal case in the last stages! Our leaders on the other hand:You see, my planet is like what you earthlings sometimes refer to as "heaven" -- you should see it! Well, I need to explore this situation more -- my people won't believe this when I try to tell them -- I expect some will say, "You must have made a visit to hell!"
- live by the moral code that the God of this universe established
- they are always faithful to their mates and never engage in immoral practices
- they never lie
- they govern in the best interest of the people and put the interests of the people above their own personal interests
- their income is in keeping with the average income of the citizens they are representing
- they do not abuse their power and position by arranging for excessive benefits for themselves which you earthlings refer to as "perks" -- if our leaders did what yours do in this "perk" thing, they would be so guilt ridden they would not be able to live with themselves!
- they never impose excessive taxes -- just what is fair to all citizens -- nothing like you have as in paying taxes on an item such as an automobile two, three or more times each time it is sold or paying inheritance taxes! You see, our leaders believe that a person should enjoy the fruits of his/her labors and be privileged to share those with family members without being penalized in the form of unjust taxes -- your government leaders would have made excellent pirates back in the days of Black Beard, Long John Silver and that gang!
- they keep our government and nation completely out of debt
- and we all live in total peace
- we need no military apparatus because we don't ever have wars!
- whatever program or plan they implement always works out perfectly due to the fact that we are not plagued with a mind that relies primarily on flawed human knowledge rather than on God in decision making -- little wonder that your planet and your governments are in such a chaotic state of affairs!
"The record of this administration is his record," declared Mr. Clinton as he campaigned for Al Gore. OK, let's look at some of the highlights of that record -- by the numbers:
Bill Clinton promised us his would be "the most ethical administration in history." At his post-impeachment Demo pep-rally, Al Gore noted that he believed Bill Clinton would "be regarded in the history books as one of our greatest presidents."
Latenight TV host and noted political scholar, David Letterman, concludes, "Clinton is campaigning for Al Gore who wants to be our next president and Clinton says that Al Gore was involved in everything this administration did. I'm no legal expert, but I believe the term for that is 'accessory'."
The report that members of the "Imperial Congress" don't want you to know about has just been released on "records" prior to the summer break! You might ask your rep if he/she happens to be one of the following!

Ah, yes -- just the perfect description of politicians and their efforts to lay upon the citizens excessive, unjust, and unfair tax structures! Uh, just take a close look at tax structures (federal, state, and local) in the U.S.A! Further, do you know how many months the average citizen has to work each year to pay all tax obligations -- quite a long way beyond January 30, dear tax slave!
As you know by now El Presidente and his media cronies are on a feeding binge about "hate" crimes! And so high profile attention has been given to trials involving defendents accused of violently dragging a black man to his death in Texas and those accused of the violent death of Matthew Shepard, a homosexual student from Wyoming. How about the following happenings and how well they were covered by the media folks. Really that bunch should paint their faces white, put big red rubber balls on the end of their noses, size 56 shoes on their feet, and giant polka dotted suits over their torsos to better portray what they really are!
"In Charleston, S.C., last week (week of 99/10/17), two white men in their mid-30's were thrown from their bicycles by a group of black men and teenage boys, who then proceeded to beat, kick and clobber the two men with a pipe and trash can. One of the two men is now in a coma; the other was treated and released. Eight suspects, including four juveniles, have been charged with two counts of 'second-degree lynching' in the mob attack. Three other suspects are still being sought. Moments before the attack, shots rang out at a nearby high school. Police arrested a suspect who said, 'Yeah, we are going to get us a white boy.' And they did.......So, have you heard about Jesse Dirkhising, the 13-year-old who was raped, tortured and murdered in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, last month (Sept. '99) by a 22-year-old homosexual and his 38-year-old 'lover'?"

OK -- let's all hear it now -- how much time and attention was given to the above criminal acts -- how often did WJC speak out against these acts and mention "hate crime" as point of reference? And did you note how the boys & gals in our media took the above mentioned through the roof in high priority reporting? Unhuh, the same bunch that gets bent out of shape real fast if you suggest they are more than a little biased in the handling of events, especially these "hate" crimes!!"
A Follow Up! The first week of November '99 saw top priority given among the Clinton crony media folks to informing the public of the conviction of a third man in connection with the murder of Matthew Shepard, the homosexual student mentioned above. Hmmmmm -- still no word from the president or his media bed fellows on the rape + torture + murder of 13-year-old Jesse Dirkhising by 2 (yes, that's right -- the number is 2!) homosexuals in Prairie Grove, Arkansas recently!
It is said that this comes from the "Tall Tale Trial Trail" remnants file --
Asked this week (00/01/24) to name the biggest regret of his presidency, Mr. Clinton responded, "I wasn't straight with the American people about that woman."
No, Mr. Clinton! It was not just that you weren't "straight" with the American people. It was that you lied in your deposition for the Jones sexual harassment lawsuit. You lied about your sordid history of abusing women -- and the public trust -- all the while championing yourself the defender of women -- and the public trust.
According to an AP release on 99/12/08 Clinton & Co. are going to participate in a national lawsuit against gun manufacturers in hopes that this will force them to negotiate with cities and of course ultimately pay huge sums of money because of criminal acts committed with firearms -- a rerun of the tobacco companies being milked financially for "damages" done to victims, and of course another message loud and clear that says, "No one is personally responsible for his/her actions -- if I kill someone with a handgun, it's the maker of the gun in my hand who is reponsible and the maker should pay!" And you know the media people, large numbers of whom live in Clinton's back pocket, will do another "overkill" on this! (No pun intended)As previously mentioned by Theo above, how long do you think it is going to take this president and his political cronies, who profess to be SO CONCERNED about our safety and well being, to launch a lawsuit against the alcoholic beverage industry, making it liable for all the deaths, injuries, domestic and civil violence, job losses, health problems, etc. for which it has been responsible! And of course, you know how compassionately he has worked to stem the violent slaughter of the unborn at an average of well over 4,000 a day! The gun deaths quickly fade inconspicously into the background when you do a comparison of these -- the death & destruction caused by alcoholic beverage consumption and the systematic destruction of the unborn! But don't hold your breath on this one -- you'll surely suffocate!
How about a proposal to the dictionary publishing people -- where they list the word "hypocrite" -- put Clinton's picture beside it -- that way, everyone will have a clear understanding of the meaning of the word!
"A cruel and unfair judgment call!" you say? Let's get this in a bit of perspective! What's your judgment on a lumberjack who goes into the woods to cut timber -- there are trees that are 24 inches and more in diameter at the base of the trunk and all he does is cut saplings that are 3 inches or less in diameter! Better yet, if you were his boss, would you keep him on the payroll? Aha, gotcha AGAIN!
Wow - popularity ratings were going through the roof - why? The economy is going wild with the Dow setting new records almost on a daily basis -- this Willie fellow is really our bread and butter, right? Before we uncork the Jack Daniels to celebrate, take a good look at The Public Debt. Now if you dare (few have the backbone or the intellectual honesty to do this), check out what the national debt was when Willie took office and what it is now! OK, now maybe you'll want to empty your bottle of Jack Daniels -- even in 2 or 3 swallows :-))
Still think he's not "slick?" -- how about the June 4th (1999) appointment of openly gay activist businessman, James C. Hormel, of San Francisco as ambassador to the Catholic nation of Luxembourg? WJC invoked a provision of the Constitution allowing him to make appointments during a congressional recess!! Mr. Hormel held his hand on the family Bible which was held by his male "partner," Timothy Wu, and was sworn in
by Secretary of State, Madeline K. Albright, who said, "Today, we do send a message that neither race nor creed nor gender nor sexual orientation is relevant to the selection of an ambassador of the United States."
Congress will have no say on this one until all ambassadorial posts will be up for possible replacement at the end of Clinton's term -- that is, if there doesn't happen to be a real or "manufactured" crisis in which he can issue some executive orders and hold on to the Oval office -- oooops, there I went and said it again! OK, so there are some of us who don't trust him -- we wouldn't trust him to be alone with our daughters or our wives, and we certainly can't trust him to lead our nation in a way that honors a holy God Who created this great universe and holds each one of us accountable as to what we have done with our lives here on earth!
A major newspaper reports the Clinton administration is using the Education Department to provide high paying jobs for a long list of loyal Democrats. According to the Los Angeles Times, high on the list of White House appointees is Carol Moseley-Braun, the Illinois Democrat who lost her Senate seat in last fall's elections. She is now getting just over $453 a day to be a consultant for the Education Department. In the first six months of 1999, that added up to just over $23,000 in consulting fees for the defeated Senator.
Then there's the case of former White House Domestic Policy Chief Carol Rasco. The Times says when she wanted out of that position, the Education Department appointed Rasco to a $125,000-a-year-job, running a reading program that Congress has refused to fund. The Times says these are just two examples of more than 167 Education Department appointees by the White House.
Others include the president's goddaughter, as well as children of a former Democratic governor and another former Democratic Senator. The newspaper also notes that some Education Department employees are sometimes assigned to duties not related to education reform, including handling requests for the president's appearances and arranging the first lady's travels.

It's not pretty nor pleasant -- there are times when, because of corrupted political leadership and corrupted religious leadership, God does a thing that is a blunt reminder that personally and collectively, there is a pay off in regard to persistent sinning and a refusal to fully repent of the same! Below is a simple pattern as to how a culture self destructs. Just a little question -- given the present trends, will the United States of America be added to the list of past cultures that discovered the hard way "that God is not mocked" and that whatever one sows, that shall he or she (or they) also reap?
Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem.
