"Cursed be all learning that is contrary to the cross of Christ." --Princeton University Charter

"Every institution in which men are not increasingly occupied with the Word of God must become corrupt." --Martin Luther (1536)

Peter Singer, champion of moral relativism and notorious apologist for euthanasia, infanticide, organ farming, "polyamory" and bestiality ....(if it doesn't cause the animal harm)....., is the highly esteemed DeCamp Professor at the Princeton University Center for Human Values and world reknown philosopher. Indeed, the "New Yorker" magazine recently called Singer, "the most influential living philosopher".

In 1998 upon hiring the much-sought-after Professor Singer, the President of Princeton University wrote : "There is no question about Professor Singer's eminence in the field of bio-ethics....[he is] a gifted teacher whose clarity and originality have made ethical issues come alive to a broad intellectual audience."

A prize catch for Princeton to be sure......

Few, I think could argue with the statement that Singer is a teacher of "clarity". Clear he most certainly is. More problematic, though is the claim that he is "gifted" and "original". It is interesting to note that Professor Singer is not allowed to speak in Germany. In Germany he is known as "Himler in academic tweeds". Apparently, Herr Himler beat Mr. Springer to the punch in the "originality" department in the late 1930's and early '40's. And when one becomes familiar with Singer's highly acclaimed intellectual "giftedness", one can begin to understand why Germany made the decision it did. After all, some intellectual "gifts" are best left unopened for the sake of human decency and survival....though, apparently Princeton University "tolerantly" disagrees.

"Killing a disabled infant ...[up to the age of 12 months or more]... is not morally equivalent to killing a person. Very often it is not wrong at all." --Peter Singer

"I think that a chimpanzee certainly has a greater self-awareness than a newborn baby...There are certain circumstances, for example, where the newborn baby is severely disabled and where parents think that it's better that that child should not live, when killing the newborn baby is not at all wrong...not like killing the chimpanzee would be. Maybe it's not wrong at all." --Peter Singer

"Life began, as the best available theories tell us, in a chance combination of molecules; it then evolved through random mutations and natural selection. All this just happened; it did not happen for any overall purpose. Now that it has resulted in the existence of beings who prefer some states of affairs to others, however, it may be possible for particular lives to be meaningful." --Peter Singer

"After ruling our hearts and our decisions about life and death for nearly 2,000 years, the traditional Western ethic has collapsed" --Peter Singer

* * * *

A few decades ago in Nazi Germany, naturally selected, intelligent Aryan gentlemen in positions of power (most of whom were zealous enthusiasts for the ethos of Darwinian Evolutionary Theory), decided that certain human beings were inherently "disabled". Therefore, those particular unfortunate "disabled, sub-human specimens could be justly eliminated without fear of "moral" trangression or ethical complaint.... ("Maybe it's not wrong at all.").... Indeed, how could clearing the gene pool of contaminants be considered anything but a pragmatic, utilitarian and progressive good in this world of no overall purpose, random mutation and natural selection?.....A world finally set free from the traditional Western ethic of the past 2,000 years?

"The Mosh-Pitiful Clap"
or
("Sing-Along With Darwin")

The song Singer's singing?
A dirge... and it's ringing
Quite true in the heart of the lost.
When worldviews collide,
One is forced to decide,
What song one will sing...
....and the cost.

* * * *

Peter's singing a Song
Both discordant and wrong;
....Primitive, nasty and cloying!
The Mosh-Pitiful Clap,
For his dark Gangsta Rap,
While souls old 'n' young,
.....It's destroying.

In Philosophy One
The Mad Maestro's begun.
Take note: "The Malodious Gig"
What key?..."Cacaphonic!"
Dare we say it's....demonic?
Killer beat....
This hit, man, is BIG!

The shrill tune of Doc Singer?
A decaying Dead-Ringer
For a chorus that's older than Sin!
It's the Song of Rebellion,
De-composed by The Hellion,
Before even Time did begin.

Listen closely,....You'll hear
Amorality's Sneer,
Backbeat, The Darwinian Child.
Singer's Song's in the Street,
Evolution Discreet...
'Dog Eat Dog' meets
....'The Call of The Wild'.

And when Singer's defended
All harmony's ended...
What's left?....
Just a primitive beat.
Spiral Down....our direction,
Man's Natural Selection.
Tooth 'n' Claw,
Nature's Law of the Street.

* * * *

"Hit-Man of the Garden"
Cold-hearted and hardened,
Shock-Jockey and Prince of the Air!
It's a hell of a note,
With just one antidote...
Back-up, Singer!
Escape from his Lair!

* * * *

So, my friend, please don't fake,
Grief and shock in the wake,
Of a culture decayed...with No Plan.
Don't look for revival,
Or count on survival,
If a rat is a pig is a man.

If Pete's tune is no danger,
There's no need for the Manger...
No need for The Christ to appear.
No angels...No Glory,
No Divine Holy Story,
No Shepherds on that Midnight Clear.

But Singer is wrong!
...He's been wrong all along!
The rap he's been pushing's destroyed!
Over there!....See the Creche?
Holy God became Flesh!
Hear the angels who sing....Overjoyed!

The Mosh-Pitiful Mud,
Now cleansed by the Blood
.....Of Messiah...
True Truth became Man!
Now in concert we sing,
"Glory now! Christ the King!
Son of God...
Both Lion and Lamb!
"

"In various guises, courses on ethics at all educational levels have tended to promote moral relativism, undermining the concept of right and wrong. In other words, many ethics courses are themselves frauds. Right and wrong are not rocket science." --Thomas Sowell

"When religion was banished from public education in the name of tolerance and pluralism, nothing replaced it but a weakening of discussion about meaning and the purposes of human life. Discussions about truth and love, obligations and duties were gradually reduced to vague platitudes about 'values', 'feelings', 'tolerance' and 'rights'..." --Iain Benson

"The fool says in his heart,
'There is no God.'
They are corrupt, and their ways
are vile;
there is no one who does good.
God looks down from heaven
on the sons of men
to see if there are any who
understand,
any who seek God.
Every one has turned away,
they have together become corrupt;
there is no one who does good,
not even one.
Will the evildoers never learn--
those who devour my people as
men eat bread
and do not call on God?"
(Psalm 53: 1-4)
